Laxman Datta Naik and Sandesh Datta Naik have lent their voice to voice to a song in the upcoming south Indian movie KGF: Chapter 2.
The first song, Toofan, was dropped by the makers of KGF: Chapter 1 on March 21. The tune of this peppy track is sung by two Goans singers - Laxman Datta Naik and Sandesh Datta Naik. The energetic song talks about Yash's character, Rocky.
Hailing from Canacona, the two brothers have lent their voice to the song Toofan. The brothers have performed various classical and semi-classical singing concerts in different parts of the state and the country.
Besides the two brothers, the other singers of the song are Brijesh Shandilya, Mohan Krishna, Saaj Bhatt, Santhosh Venky, Sachin Basrur, Ravi Basrur, Priyanka Bharali and Puneeth Rudranag.
KGF: Chapter 2 is a period action film, written and directed by Prashanth Neel. The film, which is produced by Vijay Kiragandur, will release in theatres on April 14, 2022. The film is a sequel to KGF: Chapter 1, which took the box office by storm in 2018.
Alongside Yash, KGF: Chapter 2 also features Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon and Srinidhi Shetty in lead roles. KGF: Chapter 2 will release in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. The film's trailer will release on March 27, 2022.
