With the aim of celebrating skills and hidden creativity, Bookworm Library, Panjim, presents ‘Banyan Tree Exhibition: A work-in-progress mural in stitch’ at the Vinay & Jean Kalangutkar Community Centre, Saligao, from Feb 17, 2023 to March 18, 2023.
There will be different lectures and hands-on sessions on painting, drawing from nature, guided stitching, sketching and stitching, painting and stitching, and more.
Curator of Banyan Tree Stitch Mural, Eleanor Viegas; art educator, Sanika Dhakephalkar will be among the resource persons.
