Advocate Radharao Gracias new book to be launched today
Politician, lawyer and author, Advocate Radharao Gracias, will release his new book, A Shortcut to Tipperary, on Monday, Nov 7, 2022 at the Saligao Institute, Saligao. The book attempts to recreate life in rural Goa, the way it did during the author’s youth, and also hopes to leave a record of a way of life that is fast disappearing. The event is open to the public.
