Meraki Experiences Goa presents ‘Sushi Cook-Along’ on September 30, 2023 at Yaki Zushi restaurant, Sangolda, where participants will learn a variety of techniques, tips and tricks to create the perfect sushi roll like a pro.
Sushi is Japanese dish, made of cooked rice, flavoured with vinegar and accompanied by vegetables, eggs and raw seafood garnishes. It is prepared in an assortment of styles and served at room temperature, or even cold.
Of late, it is available in Goa, too, albeit at select locations.
