A one-day trek has been organized by The Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI), Margao Unit, to Strawberry Village, Verlem, in Sanguem Taluka on February 12, 2023.
The trek will give participants the opportunity to trek through mountain terrain to explore the picturesque strawberry plantation in the village of Verlem.
Participants will also get a glimpse of Ravna Dongor from the village as well as the backwater scenario of Selaulim water reservoir.
The vehicle for the trek will leave Margao KTC Bus Stand at 9 am. Members of the YHAI as well as non-members can join in.
Fees are inclusive of transport, light refreshments and a vegetarian lunch.
