The Cinephile Film Club of the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG), along with Sachin Chatte, will screen the French film, Wages of Fear (Le Salaire de la Peur), directed by Henri-Georges Clouzot (and starring Yves Montand, Charles Vanel) on February 2, 2023 at Maquinez Palace, Panjim.
Membership to the film club is also open.
Le Salaire de la Peur is one of the greatest thrillers ever made, and has won the rare double of a Golden Bear (Berlin) and the Palme d'Or (Cannes) in 1953.
