The St Regis Goa Resort is all set to expand its operations by strengthening its leadership in the Sales and Marketing department. With the appointment of Varun Bharadwaja as the new Director of Sales and Marketing, the resort intends to take to new heights.
Varun has rich experience in luxury resort segment in international markets and intends to boost the resort's commitment of providing a luxury experience to its customers.

Varun has always had a fluid leadership style, however, he has been immensely strategic and result-driven. He has a track record of pre-openings, planning and executing heads of state visits, developing and implementing effective plans to augment revenue, market share and achieve budgeted occupancies in the luxury segment.
“Our resort is currently transforming into a distinguished, global leisure address, and, post the upgradation, we aim to put it on the world map. I am excited to have Varun join the leadership team, bringing with him a wealth of luxury resort market experience. Varun’s foundational years were spent with Indian Hotels Co Ltd while he started out in Mumbai, followed by a progressive stint in New Delhi, before helming the team as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing at the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa and Taj Coral Reef Resort & Spa in Maldives.
Varun has now joined the resort from the Raffles Maldives Meradhoo, where he was responsible for overseeing the resort’s top-line revenue and ensuring its overall profitability.
