The Canacona Health Centre (CHC) will organise a mega vaccination drive in eight locations simultaneously on November 13 from 9 am to 1 pm.
The Health centre will will begin the drive simultaneously at Matvemol, Khola Sub Health Centre, Grahmin Arogya Kendra - Agonda, Bhatpal Sub Health Centre, Poinguinim Sub Health Centre, Government Middle School - Palolem, Gaondongrim Sub Health Centre and Village Panchayat Auditorium.
"The vaccination drive will be going at 8 different places on same day, this is opportunity for the people who have still not taken both their doses," said Dr. Jose Tavares, CHC Health Officer.
A total of 55,982 citizens in Canacona taluka are vaccinated.
There are 298 active cases in the state. 4,446 beneficiaries in the state were vaccianted on Wednesday. So far, 22,05,786 people in the state have been vaccinated against Covid-19.
