Four Goa teams to participate in the National Tennis Ball Cricket Championships

Two teams will play in the sub-junior group(under-16 players) and the other two teams will play in the junior group(under-19 players). 

Goa will play in the sub-junior and junior tennis ball cricket tournament organised by the Tennis Ball Cricket Federation of India, to be held in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The tournament starts on Thursday, 23 September 2021.

The sub-junior group includes under-16 players, while the junior group is for under-19 players. According to the earlier schedule, the tournament was scheduled in Jammu and Kashmir. But due to stringent Covid-19 restrictions, the tournament was shifted to Agra.

Before leaving for the tournament, all the players underwent the RTPCR test under Covid-19.

There will be four Goan teams in the tournament, two in the sub-junior group and two in the junior group. 

Sub-junior group: Boys: Vaishnav Naik, Saish Naik, Akshad Naik, Swayam Phadte, Kanhaiya Gawde, Harsh Gala, Sahil Parodkar, Prathamesh Desai, Shaunak Naik, Aryan Palkar, Deep Shetty, Om Gawde, Shubhankar Desai, Yuvraj Borkar.

Girls: Krittika Mahale, Netra Lamani, Cynthia Naik, Mayesha Palayekar, Komal Hallura, Tanvi Gawde, Riya Malvankar, Paul Halgali, Arya Azgavkar, Prachi Naik, Santoshi Tuyekar, Sanika Dhuri, Santoshi Sinari, Isha Naik.

Junior Group: Boys: Sankalp Naik, Puneet Khandeparkar, Kutbuddin Jamadar, Vijay Halgekar, Rahil Talgaonkar, Namesh Kankonkar, Gaurang Pikulkar, Purnay Sudhir, Abhishek Gavkar, Pratik Naik, Tanmay Pagi, Vallabh Naik, Saish Gawde, Sam.

Girls: Monica Naik, Ankita Jalmi, Isha Naik, Ankita Gupta, Riya Folkar, Sonal Singh, Pooja Biskarma, Kanaksha Gawde, Sakshi Naik, Meenakshi Halgiri, K. Diksha, Amisha Shetgaonkar, Pooja Gupta, Santoshi Tuyekar.
