Leaders with clean image from other parties are welcome in AAP: Valmiki Naik

He further said, "AAP would undertake a march in all 40 constituencies with a slogan, ' Goa needs a change, Goa needs Kejriwal Kejriwal' and hold booth level meetings." He urged the people to support the march.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) wants a clean and corruption-free state. Therefore, leaders of other parties with a clean image are welcome in AAP, said the AAP spokesperson Valmiki Naik on Tuesday, September 28.

Speaking at a press conference held at his office in Panaji, Naik said that AAP is known to implement several welfare measures for the people. "Arvind Kejriwal's government in Delhi has done well in education and health. A large number of jobs have been created. We will give the government in Goa as well," he said.

Talking about the alliance, Naik said that nothing has been decided yet about forming an alliance with other party.

"People of Goa want change. People are eager for a change. Goans will give AAP a chance in the coming elections," asserted another AAP spokesperson, Cecil Rodriguez.

Reacting to the entry of TMC in Goa, Valmiki said, "We are a democracy and any party can come here and contest elections, but that party needs to work for the people first. AAP has worked in Goa for last few years. We have created new leaders. In the end, it is up to the people to decide."

He further said, "AAP would undertake a march in all 40 constituencies with a slogan, ' Goa needs a change, Goa needs Kejriwal Kejriwal' and hold booth level meetings." He urged the people to support the march.
