A middle-aged woman claiming to be from Karwar, Karnataka, and working in an area close to Dabolim, was spotted between two segments of the grade separator near Dabolim Airport. Vasco Fire Services officers rescued her on Tuesday afternoon with the help of a ladder.

Lately, Vasco has been experiencing troubling times as some unusual incidences have surfaced in the port town.

As per available information, a taxi driver spotted the middle-aged woman on Tuesday morning standing between the two segments of the grade separator.

It is not known how the woman managed to climb such a height.

Onlookers were left stupefied as to how someone could have achieved the feat of climbing to a height of several meters above the road without obvious assistance.

Later, the Vasco Fire Station was summoned to rescue this mystery woman. The firefighters, with the help of a metal ladder, guided the woman down to safety from the gap of the grade separator.

The woman claimed that she is a native of Karwar, Karnataka, and was working in the vicinity of Dabolim. The woman also claimed that she was reportedly robbed by some person who had promised to employ her.
