“The parish choir can be reserved in advance for the ceremony, but couples are also welcome to bring their own choir,” Fr Sequeira adds, “as long as they only sing hymns approved by the Archdiocese of Goa & Daman, without beats.”
Weddings at the church are prioritised for parishioners, however, non-parishioners can arrange their ceremony, provided they choose their own priest, who must be approved to officiate.
Additionally, all necessary documentation — including baptism and confirmation certificates, marriage preparation program certification, civil registration/ marriage proof etc — must be submitted at least one month before the wedding date.
