Here you can try the cuisine of indigenous Meitei tribe or learn how to use seaweed in cooking. These 'Food Lab' sessions cover it all!

1. COOKING WITH ALGAE
Up for an experiment? Then, try ‘cooking with algae’, a session conducted by Pablo Miranda and Gabriella D’Cruz. This session talks about the various uses of seaweed in cooking.
Seaweed is an interesting agent which helps enhance rich flavours in your foods. Today, many chefs make use of seaweed in their cooking.
So, look out for the 'cooking with algae' session which will take place on December 21, 2022 from 2pm to 3pm.

2. A GUIDE TO INDIGENOUS MEITEI CUISINE
Hailing from Manipur’s Meitei tribe, chef Maia Laifungbam will give an insight into the Meitei cuisine. Meitei is one of the most popular ethnic groups of Manipur.
This session aims to highlight the ingredients, food and the methods of preparations. The cuisine of Manipur’s Meitei tribe usually consists of vegetables, rice and fish.
So, don’t miss this ‘A guide to indigenous Meitei cuisine’ happening from 12 noon to 1 pm on December 18, 2022.

3. THE HISTORY OF PIZZA SPANNING 5000 YEARS
Trace the 5000 years of fascinating history of pizza with Abhijit Chokshi. He will take you on a culinary ride to discover interesting stories and facts about pizzas. The sessions starts at 12 am.

4. DRINKS, BEER AND MORE…
Love wines? Check out new range of Sula Vineyards at the workshop which will be held on December 18, 2022 from 8pm to 9pm. Sula is one of the oldest and well-established wineries. The workshop will give you an insight into the various wines of this vineyard.
Nakul Bhonsle on the other hand will help you identify the right craft beer which will suit your palate. This session 'Identifying the right craft beer for your palate' will be held on December 19, 2022 from 6pm to 7pm.
5. THE BEAN TO CUP JOURNEY
If you cannot get your day started without a cup of coffee, then you are surely a die-hard fan of coffee. This workshop at Serendipity Arts Festival might interest you as it talks about ARAKU coffee and what makes it special. This session 'The Bean To Cup Journey' will be held on December 19, 2022, from 4 pm to 5 pm.

6. WORKSHOPS BY OOO FARMS
OOO Farms is conducting several culinary workshops and sessions at Serendipity Arts Festival.
On December 18, 2022, the workshop, 'Ancient Folk Rice of India', will delve into the various uses and evolution of rice and how it plays an important role in our daily lives.
OOO Farms, which has been working to revive indigenous seeds, will conduct another session 'Bija Swaraj: Seed Sovereignty' on December 19, 2022, that will focus on the sovereignty of indigenous seeds and its protection for adivasi communities.
