“Since its Mother’s Day, we will be hosting community workshops to celebrate mothers. There are no skills required for any of our workshops,” says Isha Kher, Founder of Meraki Experiences. The two workshops are conducted by experienced instructors.
The first one is a Paint and Plant workshop at Mojigao, Assagao, from 4 pm to 6 pm. Here you'll get to hand-paint your very own charming red terracotta planter, pot a little sapling to take home, and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere filled with greenery, creativity and great company.

The second activity, just perfect for some mom-and-child bonding, or maybe, just as a thoughtful gift, or even a date, is the Underglaze Pottery Painting workshop at Freedom Tree, Sangolda. Here, you can design and paint your own quarter plate using underglaze techniques that are food-safe once fired.
This pottery painting workshop is scheduled between 4 pm to 6 pm on Sunday. You can choose to make a thoughtful, heartfelt gift or make matching sets along with your mum. And the best part, is that all the painted plates will be kiln-fired and ready to take home.
