The highest utilisation achieved was 50% for SBD and 52% for CUSS during the peak hours for all the airlines that have enrolled for the CUSS and SBD platforms at Manohar International Airport.

Passengers utilising SBD are empowered to complete the check-in process independently. They can obtain their boarding passes, print bag tags and check their baggage without the need for assistance from airport staff.

This self-service approach enhances passenger autonomy and speeds up the entire check-in procedure.

RV Sheshan, CEO of GGIAL, expressed his delight regarding the positive response to the advanced check-in facilities, "We are thrilled to witness the high adoption rate of our self-service check-in facilities at Manohar International Airport.
